Welcome to Little Blue Tots Daycare! To ensure a smooth and successful experience, we'd like to outline our Enrollment process.

Ages: We are currently enrolling children ages 18 months - 5 years of age.

Registration Fee: a $50 non-refundable registration fee is required to enroll your child. This fee covers the cost of supplies and learning materials needed to start care. 

Note: The registration fee is required annually to offset costs of special activities and supplies throughout the year. The amount required will automatically be applied to the first of the year invoice.

Enrollment Hold: Upon payment of the registration fee, your child's spot will be held for 30 days. If you wish to delay the start of care beyond the initial 30 days, a non-refundable holding fee of $50 per month is required. The spot can be held for up to three months.

Waitlist Process: Although an Enrollment Hold guarantees placement for an open spot, our Waitlist allows parents with interest in our program to connect with us while interviewing other providers for FREE!  We also utilize our Waitlist if we are at full capacity, allowing parents to be first in line when a spot becomes available.  

Enrollment Plan: Parents are required to pay a deposit that is equal to two week's tuition.  We offer flexible plan options to help families manage costs. The deposit will be applied towards the two-week's tuition.

First-week Tuition: Childcare tuition in the amount contractually agreed upon is due before the first day of care. i.e. To begin care on Monday, tuition is due on Friday prior. 

Forms and Documents: Enrollment forms and up-to-date immunization records must be submitted prior to attendance. 

Parents are required to supply specialty items needed to begin care. If your child is potty-training, disposable training pants with sides that open are preferred. Personal items must be labeled with your child's name in a plastic bag and maybe kept in daycare inside your child's diaper bin or cubby locker. (No diaper bags or full-size backpacks of any kind).   

In preparation for preschool, toddler-age children must bring a toddler-size backpack to daycare each day. A backpack helps organize and transport essential items, including diapers, wipes, extra clothes, and comfort items, making drop-offs smoother. Additionally, this can contribute to your child's  sense of independence and routine. 

If your child has an accident, staff will place soiled clothing inside a plastic bag and send them home inside their backpack, with the intent that parents will resend new clothing the following day.
